Monument, Palmer Lake, And Woodmoor

The Tri-Lakes area includes the communities of Monument, Palmer Lake, and Woodmoor. Situated against the Range on the way to Denver from Colorado Springs, this growing residential area features rolling, arid hills and views of Pikes Peak to the southwest. Adjacent to the Pike National Forest and just north of the United States Air Force Academy, the Tri-Lakes area provides easy access to Colorado’s major metropolitan centers via I-25 and a great place to live for those who commute to Denver.

Part of the Tri-Lakes region, Monument, along with Palmer Lake and the unincorporated community of Woodmoor, are so named for three community lakes: Lake Woodmoor, Monument Lake and Palmer Lake.
